FACILITY RENTALS
Byron Township rents the multipurpose rooms for various types of events: graduation parties, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, condo association meetings, and much more. Availability is completely dependent on the Community Center availability, as the space is also used for recreational programs, adult fitness classes, and much more. Rooms may be rented as single rooms, or you can couple them for a larger space. Please click the box below for additional details about renting our facility. Room 1 + Kitchen
Capacity: 28 chairs
Resident rate: $30/hour
Non-resident rate: $40/hour
After hours fee: +$15/hour
Room 1 is the only room that comes with the kitchen. Features a private entrance, counter space, outlets, coat rack, microphone access, and more.
Room 2
Capacity: 56 chairs
Resident rate: $20/hour
Non-resident rate: $30/hour
After hours fee: +$15/hour
Room 2 features a private entrance, coat rack, outlets.
Room 3
Capacity: 42 chairs
Resident rate: $20/hour
Non-resident rate: $30/hour
After hours fee: +$15/hour
Room 3 features a private entrance, coat rack, outlets, and microphone access.
Gymnasium
Resident rate: $60/hour
Non-resident rate: $90/hour
The full gymnasium features 6 basketball hoops. Additional equipment upon request: pickleball nets, volleyball nets. Gymnasium rentals are screened upon inquiry.
PAVILION & FIELD RENTALS
Byron Township rents the park pavilions and various sport fields. Pricing varies on needs. Parks are only rentable during OPEN parks season (April - October). Availability is completely dependent on Byron Township Recreations programming. All park pavilions and fields are first come, first serve when not reserved. Capacity: ~100 people
Resident rate: $75/block
Non-resident rate: $100/block
Mon-Sat: 10am - 3pm | 4pm - 9pm
Sunday: 1pm - 6pm
Whistlestop Park Pavilion features several picnic tables, open field, playground, paved trail, and restrooms.
Bicentennial Pavilion - Hexagon
Capacity: ~75 people
Resident rate: $75/block
Non-resident rate: $100/block
Mon-Sat: 10am - 3pm | 4pm - 9pm
Sunday: 1pm - 6pm
Bicentennial Pavilions feature paved walking path, restrooms, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and a playground.

Capacity: ~75 people
